After THEY filed under the WRONG insurance I called to ask why they had done this when I gave them my updated insurance card and was told that I would need to call the lab company and give them my insurance information because they claim they sent them the correct information. They gave me no explanation as to why the lab company would have my old information if they submitted the claim with my new insurance. The office manager got on the phone and continued to talk over me while I was asking why it had been filed incorrectly and was just told that there was nothing they could do and would need to contact the lab company myself. HORRIBLE customer service.
