After breaking my nose 4 times throughout my childhood into my late teens, my septum and overall structure of my nose was in need of repair. After visiting two of the leading surgeons (one cosmetic and one Otolaryngologist) in Wilmington, NC, neither felt capable of doing my nose justice because of how severe the damage was. The ENT surgeon referred me to Dr. Finn. After meeting with him and discussing a plan, I felt extremely confident in having him preform such a major surgery that would ultimately change my appearance. For years I struggled with self confidence issues because of my nose and the built up scar tissue from each fracture. I'm now 10 months post op and feel beautiful in my own skin. His staff is amazing and all of the ladies in the office make you feel like a friend! He was worth every 2.5 hour drive for each follow up visit and worth every penny. He made my dreams come true!
